This stay has been a total disaster from the very beginning. Reservations were messed up and it went downhill from there. The desk agents did not speak understandable English and they never understood anything I tried to tell them. I could not see the computer was saying and they argued with me about everything. I have never had any problems before. I made reservations for two persons on the 19,20 and 21. ( Wed,Thurs and Friday nights). 6 nights were charged to my credit card at an amount of $572.15. My co worker had to cancel his trip and so I called and cancelled his three night stay. When I got to the hotel to check in I was told I only had reservations for two nights. AND I had to charge a $100. Charge for a deposit! AND that I only had two days reserved (I would need to ask to extend my stay for another another day on Friday night) When I came to check out on Sat am they asked for my credit card to pay for the extra day. By that time I was so mad I could explode! I didn’t, but I told the 3rd desk agent that I was not giving them my card for ANYTHING ELSE and I left. I would like an accounting for all charges made to my card and for the refund for my co workers cancellation for three nights. The statement I received on line show the reservation for three people in my room. This is INCREDIBLE! I have never seen anything like it and unless this is made right you have not heard the last from me. I also have a charge on my bill for $50.83 for REFUND PROTECTION. What an insult!
