We love this place! The people are so nice and the rooms are clean. The access to the waterpark is super convenient too.
I don’t mind paying money for a room but when the hotel desk clerk told me that I was going to be charged a $50 damage deposit, it kind of turned me off. I understand the reason for it but at the same time, I did not use your maid service, we did not use all of our towels, we did not damage your room. It would come off a little better if you were to say once the room has been inspected. We would give you money off your bill for not damaging our room. That would be more appealing to people than the way it was presented to me. I have stayed at your establishment before and have never damaged or taken anything. People need to be rewarded for the good they do not charged for the destruction. By the way the desk court was very polite and was only doing the job that she was instructed to do.
Will stay there again.
