Flooring looked and smelled of water damage ( lamenant pealing and buckled, carpet smelled, shower tub slippery ( no nonslip surface to stand on, no breakfast as we were told. ..
I called the motel directly to inform them, before I made the reservation, that we would arrive very late (actually super early in the morning), I was assured that this was fine. When we arrived at 4:00 AM, our reservation had been canceled and they charged me as a no show. Then, told me that I could rebook, but at a higher price. Then, housekeeping threatened to have me kicked out, because we asked for towels. The beds were comfy, but we absolutely will not be back. I gave it a two because the beds were comfy.
