Great location, property and amenities. Many things were included in the stay: free pickle ball and tennis, free s'mores. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. My review would have been a 5/5 except that the house staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. For example, our room was next to a boisterous group partying late into the night and the staff seemed put out when we politely asked to move. The next day, the manager echoed the same, indifferent attitude. There were other examples where the staff just didn't seem that eager to be helpful, such as when I asked at the (empty) bar for water for my water bottle and was told to go elsewhere. Huh?? The wait staff and housekeeping, however, were great.
Property is beautiful.
I drove down from the San Francisco Bay Area to attend a play in Pebble Beach (Stevenson School) that my grandson was in. I didn't arrive until 5:30pm and left the next morning. My room was amazing, the staff was wonderful, and the area is beautiful. I will definitely be back, maybe in May when he graduates from High School.

My wife and I had a great three days at the Quail Lodge. Every employee that my wife and I met, from the Executive Director to administrative and maintenance staff were so considerate and helpful. The same goes for the restaurant staff tt served our meals. The breakfast and dinner meals we had at the Lodge were delicious. My wife and I were so surprised, actually shocked, at being upgraded to a suite, when our shower head was inoperable. The suite was wonderful and so unexpected. Finally, the hotel and grounds were beautiful and so well maintained. We took full advantage of the large swimming pool and the cardio and weight rooms. We were quite taken by the esthetics of your beautiful golf course. Even though I had never picked up a golf club before, I was inspired to take a golf lesson with Brent, the golf Pro. It was a great experience being exposed to golf for the first time. I am planning on going to the Rancho Park, LA golf course driving range with a friend of mine, who is an avid golfer. My wife and I plan on returning to the Quail Lodge.
