Horrible, difficult to get refunded.
We booked the hotel kind of out of desperation and after booking read the reviews and they were terrible talking about roaches unclean rooms, holes and sheets carpets dirty water not properly working in the bathrooms so there is no way we could stay there. I don't know how you can have a hotel that is in such bad shape! We did not even stay there because we could not after reading the reviews. And the way the reservation was made was pretty unclear. I believe I deserve a refund on my account. I have stayed in other Super 8s over the years and they have been pretty good, but after reading the reviews on this there is no way we could stay there.
I stay here on my way back to Park City Ks. The same as on my way to Litchfield Ill.

I found plastic bags on the smoke and fire alarms in my room. The desk clerk was agitated that I was upset over it. He came up to my room and removed the coverings but his demeanor frightened me even more. I was afraid to stay there. Hoping to get a refund.
