Arrived mid afternoon for an overnight stay prior to early morning appointments at Mass General Hospital the next day. Valet service was top notch and very professional; check in was easy and our room location preference was easily accommodated. The room was very comfortable as always (not our first time staying at the property). Dinner at Clink was terrific; the server was personable, professional and very attentive. All in all the visit was money very well spent.
Loved the impressive architecture, the desk help, bell staff and the restaurants. I would book again!

We were up most of the night. The the heat pump was either too hot or too cold irrespective of maintenance tried to correct it. I wld not recommend anyone staying there. The sensor was not working properly. However the staff was excellent.

First time at this extraordinary hotel….chosen for its proximity to MGH. Everything made for a quality experience.
Incredible experience! Both Scampo and Clink offered delicious dining options that exceeded expectations. The lobby is beautifully decorated, vibrant and features plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout. The rooms were spotless, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The shower was a standout for me—fantastically hot with excellent water pressure, which is a personal must have. This hotel is absolutely at the top of my list for a return visit!
Boisterous, energetic and whimsical. Rooms are tidy and check in/out was great.
