Our check in hostess was extremely pleasant, room was clean, very quiet and easy access in and out.
I have loved this hotel and will likely stay again, but due to remodel the A/C was not working well and when asked twice they said it was getting colder which it never did. I do miss the way the rooms were with carpet and cozy New Mexico feel. The hardwood floors I don't like as well, but overall this is still my pick when coming to ABQ. I appreciated very much the staff reduced my lodging rate to $144 to night for the king bed room much appreciated!
Dirty, disruptive and noisy construction inside the hotel. Not at all restful.
Pyramid was being renovated. Many of the usual services were lacking. Reservation price should have been reduced. There was no notification during reservation process.
Breakfast is not a Marriott standard, though of course we do offer several breakfast options at our restaurant facility.

Rate was too high compared to other times we have stayed there. Facility should have offered a special rate for remodel inconvenience.
Very clean beautifully decorated. We stay here every time we stay in ABQ.
