Hotel was very nice, room was clean.
Very neat and Clean.
Sheraton Hartford South was just ok. Clean but mold/mildew smell was present. No outlet in room to plug in phone charger. Went out of room about 8:30am and when I returned 15 mins later to get my bags I was locked out of the room (check out is noon). Had to search for hotel staff to let me in and this caused me to be late to my conference. Also was quoted a different price by three different people. Need improvement.
