We received the best customer service like never before at a hotel restaurant. We stayed for five days and four nights as a group of 13 and we ate breakfast everyday and even had drinks and deserts there. After the first breakfast, everyone knew what we liked and catered to us with kindness and thoughtfulness and made every single person in the group feel special and well taken care of. We will definitely be back to visit with Edison, Maged and Emiliano, as well as Mervet and Kiek! Thank you for making us feel like VIPs!
Rooms were modern and clean.Breakfast buffet was steps above the usual with an omelette station. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Proximity to local attractions was average.
We had an awesome experience at this hotel. Room was clean. On site restaurant was perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dog friendly so that was also great!

We had a great experience overall. The room was small but clean. The hotel is very impressive (especially the lobby area). Our only problems were that we had two adults and three children (10 years old) in a room with two queen beds. In the reservation process, we were under the impression we were reserving a room with two queens and a pull out sofa bed. Our other issue was excessive noise from the room nextdoor. The concierge desk offered us meal vouchers to compensate for the mistake with the room. We were given the choice between free breakfast or a monetary credit for dinner. We chose the dinner option.
