We checked in late because we had driven from Alabama, from a conference. We purchased the room online and got in at 11 pm. We did have to wait for the night receptionist to come to help us. They did also have a sign that the pool was closed. We waited, I called and she didn't appear until five minutes had passed. She was friendly and gave us our keys quickly and efficiently. We went up to our room and were impressed. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and welcoming. I'm glad we were able to stay here! In the morning, we woke up and went to breakfast. They had various choices and the staff was great. The receptionist was very nice and friendly when we checked out. We really slept well and enjoyed our stay!

We stay at this hotel on our way back and forth from St. Petersburg, FL to Cashiers, NC every year. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance, a big gas station and multiple EV charging stations. Several restaurants you can walk to.
