We chose the Hotel Indigo for its proximity to the downtown restaurants and the Springer Opera House and were not disappointed. From check in to valet service the staff was informed, professional and friendly. Will choose this hotel again.

This was a last minute stay and Hotel Indigo was very accommodating. Always friendly staff.
Great stay. Only issue is the loud noises that echo thru the walls from doors slamming. Last time I stayed I didn’t notice the earplugs, but did this time. Perhaps someone else did and this was a suggestion. Thank you. Valet Parking team were efficient and friendly.

Delightful, restful evening with delicious food. Overall enjoyable experience. We had a super nice trip. The hotel is elegant and well designed. We rested well and our car was promptly at the door on time for us to make our early morning appointment.
