The staff was friendly and efficient.
This was our second stay at Hyatt Place and we were just as pleased this visit as last. Our original room was not ready, a corner room with water view and we were offered another water view room not on a corner. We took it and were happily surprised to be on the top floor with and unobstructed view of the river. To make up for the extra cost for the corner room, the guest clerk gave us complimentary breakfasts during our stay. The desk staff all were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright and spacious. We really loved being in the middle of things and enjoyed the view of the water, boats and the Capital Wheel. Highly recommend Hyatt Place for a very nice stay at National Harbor.
