Overall, the hotel was excellent. People were friendly and helpful. It was very clean.
Front desk staff not helpful. Not enough help to carry bags in, I just had major back surgery and had to carry my own bags up! NOT GOOD!
No bell hops available is not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Not sure we will stay here again. Shouldn’t have to lug your items up and down.

Overall experience was excellent… friendly and professional staff, atmosphere, family banquet event and breakfast. Only one slight thing to note… bathroom body soap dispenser did not work. It was so minor that I didn’t care.
Rooms were clean and well renewed by housekeeping Breakfast was fabulous. Customer service was wonderful. Thanks marriott houston.
