Even though I reserved a disabled room a week before and requested a late check in. When I got there, my room was sold. I had to take a regular room. The clerk later found me a disabled room, that had a TV that didn’t work. I was happy that she searched for the room. I didn’t go there to watch tv.

Staff are personable and professional The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.
We arrived and found a lovely lobby, but even better was the warm greeting from the person at the desk (whose name escapes me) she's from the UK and is so welcoming, efficient and kind. It made us feel so welcome and as though we had a friend who would help with anything we needed!
