I enjoyed my 12 day stay here very much. So convenient to see my sons in West Deptford. Beautiful hotel, VERY clean, front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Usually stay at Holiday Inn, but this was so much better. Thank you!

This hotel was cleaner than clean. The maids were wonderful. The managers were fabulous and everybody there was very, very kind and efficient. What a wonderful experience no bed bugs.. LOL.

I reserved a room for my son and I for a soccer tournament about a month prior. Full disclosure, I did this through Expedia which I have done before and had no issue. When I arrived I was told that the room I reserved (2 Queens) was not available and they could only offer me a King. Having been on the road all night and arriving around midnight, I agreed. But I wanted to speak to the manager. I was told he would be in the following morning. The next day I found the manager, Ricky, to explain to him my situation. Now I will say he was nice and polite but he didn’t seem to really care about my situation. He blamed it on Expedia and told me I should never book with them because they always lie about availability. I told him I’ve used them before and for this hotel and have had no problems. And this was the first time I was told this. After about a 10 minute back and forth he told me he couldn’t do anything for me and told me to call Expedia. It was an overall unpleasant experience and one that has had a lasting effect. I’ve booked many of hotels with this brand and never had someone not honor my reservation and more importantly tell me it’s my fault that I ended up in the situation I did.
Very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.
My stay was satisfying. My room met my expectations. I preferred a king size bed. Linen was changed upon request. Breakfast food was yummy. Staff respectful.

We checked in late in the evening. The receptionist was lovely, made sure we had a disabled room on the first floor. Breakfast was good, but most notable was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Very kind, efficient and helpful. The pool and exercise room were just right for us.
