The hotel staff was, fast, efficient and friendly. Room was clean and services met all expectation. Shuttle ran on time for our 3am trip to the airport. Nothing above expectations, but got the job done without fuss.
I think when you check in I shouldn’t hear to co workers arguing. Their debate led no where and a hotel patron (I didn’t know him) who was waiting for the airport shuttle was so frustrated with their lazy approach towards task, was upset. And he was yelling at them both as I walked to the elevator to go to my room. Poor customer service. I would describe it as insincere and fake. Ate dinner in the restaurant. That service was great/professional.
I cancelled seven days before so I did not stay.
I had to place a towel in the shower to keep from sliding up and falling while getting a shower. This was very annoying.
The room was very nice.

Good and convenient place to stay.
good news was they had a shuttle from airport to the hotel as it was a blizzard. On another note, there was a water leak thru the window seal, no lotion at sink, room was tiny, but you could get dinner at 11:00 pm.
The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when we were having trouble connecting to the internet.

I had an overnight stay. Everything was good. I had a salad from the restaurant which was delicious. I would recommend the hotel.
