Though this only a one nighter as I was traveling through, Walnut Creek was a very satisfactory experience. I would definitely return here again as travels warrant. The breakfast buffet was a great affordable way to have a nice breakfast without waiting, though helpful service was very attentive.

Lindsey at the front desk was professional and courteous and welcoming and helpful. I would recommend a raise for Lindsey at the front desk. She works very well with the clients and is professional and kind. Very few workers are as good as she.
Excellent
We have stayed here several times. It’s a very nice hotel but I wouldn’t rate it as excellent for two reasons. First, the restaurant is not convenient. It’s not open all day and the food is average with a small menu. There is a self service coffee bar, but I would expect there to be a small coffee shop with goodies and sundries since the restaurant does not serve all day. Why don’t they have a Starbucks since they do serve Starbucks coffee? Second, although the rooms are nice and beds are quite comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is too low. I had a hard time washing my hair. Other than that, I do like the place for its location and would stay here again.
Love the customer service and lobby experience. Parking is decent too. Sunday brunch was okay. The usual. Omelet bar was cool. They had a variety of selections. Late night Beer battered fries were delish in the bar area with the on tap Pilsner.
