Excelente Servicio
Every staff member that we encountered provided excellent service! Especially Robbin, who provided outstanding service in the restaurant! She went beyond the expected and made us feel totally welcome, like we were already in a restaurant at home.
We absolutely loved our four days in Bonnet Creek. The staff are so nice and helpful. We enjoyed an amazing Magic/Comedy show that really entertained the entire family. The food was great at all restaurants, the ice cream shop was a hit as well. Our room was clean and beds are comfortable. We will be back!

We had no choice but to stay there because our flight was all messed up and didn’t even land in Philly until 12:30 AM. But that room is absolutely a joke for $573. Next time I will sleep in the airport.

Clean, quiet and great staff. The hotel is older but well maintained. There is a place to plug in a USB cord but more could be added for a nominal cost.

I arrived around midnight and check in agent who was working the night was incredible. He should be promoted and put on fast track.

The room did not have bottled water no blow dryer. It was like camping for 440$.
