The people at the front desk were so helpful in telling where different restaurants were and also the Groome bus pickup info. The restaurant was excellent with lots of choices for all meals. We enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay, we booked two rooms both clean and comfortable, everyone friendly and accommodating of our special needs, this hotel is very convenient to Mayo Clinic we will stay here again and plan to return here in 6 months Highly recommended this hotel it is stress free.

Enjoyed interacting with Karina, Anna, Brent, and Isabel during my stay. They all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of properly and answering questions. The only place we will stay when in town to visit the clinic. Thank you again.

There was no water, the TV and phone were hard to understand for 1st timers. The bathrooms were beautiful.

If you take a shower, plan to take a bath. The drains are so clogged, nothing goes down, the toilet wouldn’t even flush! My brother stayed in a room down the hall and his toilet was overflowing into the hallway! We also tried ordering room service, we called about five times and no one would answer the phone. Finally when someone answered, she seemed mad that we were ordering at all. Then cleaning service came in while we were still in the room and we told her we didn’t need anything as she was taking the garbage can out that she threw it on the floor and stomped out of the room. We were here for two days and the same dirty towels by the pool when we got there, were still there when we left. We paid $600, it definitely wasn’t worth that! The only reason I gave it two stars is because the food was good.
I know this is an older room, upgrade would be nice.
We ordered carryout from Salute a couple nights excellent food and SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHELLY IN THE BAR AREA.
The rooms are quiet, at least mine was, even with rehabbing the construction teams are starting many floors above.
