I had been planning this night for months. Checked n early. Had lunch and took a trolley tour. Came back for happy hour which turned into a light dinner. Then watched the river from the patio and saw a huge freighter! What I had been waiting for. Unbelievable experience. Great room with river balcony. Excellent.
Your broken promise made on March three by your staff person KIP…… who said I could have a room with a river view on April 4,5 and 6,……I have stayed at your hotel several times as a speaker for the COUNSELOR ASSOCIATION and on vacation and always had the river view I had requested…….. what a disappointment ……. A parking lot view…… for 1,800$…….

Our Christmas could not have been any better. Everyone on the staff is amazing and went above and beyond. The bellmen Kevin and Mujahid were super helpful and always smiling. The concierges Lenora and Chris both had recommendations and knowledge that I would have never found. Front desk Alex and Ragan were soooo nice and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed Christmas dinner in the hotel and was perfect because of Putu, Karen and Wesley. Also, Juan and his crew were awesome, friendly and we never had to ask for anything. Thank you for making our Christmas so special!
