A classic big hotel in the heart of downtown Provo. The view from our room made me feel like a billionaire. Of iconic buildings, mountains, downtown. Breathtaking. All hotel stuff executed effectively. Large elegant lobby. Ballrooms to host events. A happening place and friendly vibe. Excellent location. College town, bars, good restaurants. The pool was small but I laughed it off. This place made me feel like a kid visiting their first big hotel and excited to be somewhere special.
Very expensive for what we received. Not even a donut for breakfast. Never going to stay again.

Rooms are updated and clean. We love the chicken Alfredo from the hotel restaurant and appreciated the Elf Hunt and getting to vote for best Gingerbread House. All the staff were so helpful and friendly! Thank you!
