Solid B. My room was okay. Staff tried to be helpful. but some new hires need more training berceuse the couldn't answer certain questions like why the concierge. Finally. was hardly ever open. Also, the hallways and evat elevator banks were veer chilly send I heard several complaints, It also wastes energy. Finally, the shuttle was a great amenity.
The overall stay was very good. Housekeeping was very attentive. Jessica was friendly and helpful while checking in and out. Kate and Tatiana were very helpful in recognizing we had been overcharged. Per our phone conversation with Tatiana today, accounting should be refunding the overcharged amount back to our card soon. Special thanks to the sweetest, most kind person on your staff we met during our stay. That would be Angelica in the restaurant. She was most friendly, accommodating and made us feel right at home. Thanks and if we return to Tampa, we’ll visit you again. Mike and Gayla Newell.
