The JW Marriott Washington DC is located in the heart of Washington, within walking distance of popular attractions such as the National Mall and the White House.
The staff at the JWMarriott were exceptional during our recent stay. The facility was clean and welcoming.
I honestly was expecting more from a JW Marriott property (compared to other JW’s we have stayed in previously). The bathroom was tiny, too tiny to be functional. There was no functional sitting area either. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The room service food menu seemed limited and while certain menu items were good, others were not. The person at the check in desk was very good and the doormen were terrific. All in all, we had a nice visit to Washington DC and hope to return again in the future, but we will not be staying at the JW Marriott. 😞.

The reception was rude not informing of strange elevator system, room A/C not keeping preferred temperature. Elevator not in area when floor was chosen.

Disappointed with the experience even for an Elite member. No room upgrade Difficulty at check in and rude representative Executive Lounge closed on weekends Experience and service at hotel breakfast restaurant not up to standards despite being very expensive for what you received. Disappointed with my overall experience for a brand I love.
