My travel was delayed and a early morning arrival turned into a 10:30 p.m. arrival. The ladies at the registration desk were absolutely amazing! They really should be trainers for the company. Their kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness is commended. And the gentleman in the restaurant on Saturday morning went above and beyond and it made all of the difference. While I do not remember names, I am sure you can go back to see who was working because they deserve to be recognized. I thought my trip was ruined because I missed EVERYTHING on Friday with my group but their kindness and genuineness made all of the difference! Thank you!
We reserved serval rooms for several nights while in town for our son’s graduation from GW! He lives about two blocks away so it’s very convenient for us all! We enjoyed serval happy hours together at the lobby bar and breakfast before the Commencement in the M Lounge! Service is impeccable! Rooms are clean and bright, everything we need to rest between festivities!
Great hotel, I would stay again, All folks behind the counter were great. The food delivered to the room was quick and absolutely great!
