Microtel Inn is convenient to the places that I normally go when I am in Pigeon Forge so I really like that aspect. It is also a comfortable place to stay. I have stayed here for two years in a row.
We enjoyed our stay and have promoted this location to others.
We've been to this property multiple times when going to pigeon forge. Check in is always a breeze and the rooms are always clean. Air conditioning works great! Beds are always clean and the size is perfect considering we travel with a child.

First stay at a Microtel and I will be back. The lady at the desk was our friend by the time we left. Addressed any issues promptly. Clean. Pet friendly.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I said all that needs to say.
Enjoyed our stay very well clean and staff was excellent and thank you for allowing for babies to be with their families and service dogs. We will be staying back there again in the future.
