It starts when you get off the highway and have to drive thru a stripclub neighborhood to get there, then the hotel does not look bad from outside, until you go in and the receptionist is behind bullet proof glass. Does not give you confidence you or your car will be safe. Then the room, the door bangs into the bed when you open it, there is spackle on the walls where the wall mount tv was removedand other places. No where to hang up anything, not even in the bath, at least 18 years of rings around the tub, not bed pillows on the bed, sofa pillows stuffed in cases that did not fit, towels you could see through. We went and bought towels, pillows and cases and deodorant spray to stay there, we had no choice or we would have moved on, but had a family commitment and the world series was happening. In their defense, I think this may not have been a room they normally rent out. Other rooms looked better, but the topper is my daughter had flea bites the next day, at least we hope they were fleas and not bedbugs. Two good things, it was quiet and had lots of hot water, but that is not enough to get me stay in another Royal Relax Inn, when we got to Natchez we passed one up to stay in a Best Western.
