I stay there often because the service is outstanding, personnel seem very committed to making the guest feel extremely comfortable. I like staying at this DoubleTree.
When booking the room, I was under the impression that that I was booking directly with hotel. When we arrived we found out I accidentally booked through three rd party. Our requests for adjoining room and free breakfast were not recorded. However the agent at front desk fixed the problem and we were all together. Never rec the free breakfast that we requested. Staff was very friendly. Hope they honored my Hilton rewards program !
