We stayed four nights at the Bitterroot River Inn. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts they provided were excellent, with a variety of choices. It was delicious. The only complaints we had was the air conditioning was very loud, like the fan was constantly on high. It came on and shut off often and woke us up numerous times. No mater where I set the fan speed, it stayed the same. The other complaint was the soap. We were provided with two silver dollar sized soaps: okay for washing hands but not for showering. It’s been a long, long time since we’ve stayed in a hotel or inn, but I found it odd that if we wanted our room made up and towels replaced each day, we had to contact the front desk and it cost extra. Now that I know what to expect, I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect, and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The sauna was somewhat disappointing, as it took over 30 minutes to warm up. The gym didn’t have many weights or dumbbells. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again. Thank you to you and your staff!

I wanted a hotel away from the interstate chains. Sometimes the independents can be questionable, but this met my high standards.
