My 3/5 rating was for the motel, it needs an update. I can't say enough about your shuttle driver and staff. They were awesome. Thank you.
I unknowingly booked my reservation through a 3rd party. When I arrived, I had no room available even though I was booked for that night. The management put me up for that night upstairs over the office in a handicap room. I’m in a walker and can’t do stairs. I was helped up the stairs by the person behind the desk and a few others brought all my luggage up and into the room. The next day I was helped down the stairs and my luggage was also brought down to my car. All the staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. This is the second time I’ve stayed there and I was not disappointed! I will be coming back down there in a month or two and I definitely will be trying to stay there again.
