Terrible Experience
The phone did not work,the TV was dark and kept cutting it's self off,the heat did not work,they did not have towels and the tub was clogging up every time we took a shower.
Have a bedbug bite on my stomach.
Shower barely had water coming out the head. Toilet seat was not the correct size for the toilet and was loose. No housekeeping service and we were not informed of that. Cigarette smoke smell would be present intermittently during the night coming through ventilation system. Carpet was old and wrinkled/loose in areas. An internal timer was set on the TV and it would automatically shutdown after approximately one hour. I could find no way to cancel or override it. Thin walls, could hear people singing in the next room.
As I was checking in, someone walked up to the front desk to report a soda spill in the elevator. The following morning it was still there, but someone put up a caution wet floor sign, but there were no attempts to mop it. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the curtains were broken and the television had no volume. I reported this to the front desk, but was met with indifference.
