We love this hotel. The rooms are roomy clean and comfy. The amenities are fabulous and Katie’s is the best. We will definitely be staying here again.

I reserved a Deluxe room with a king bed. Upon check in I was given a mediocre room with two queen beds. The young man who checked me in said that was what popped up. It's not what I paid for. We ate in the restaurant as the steak house was closed and the meatloaf was a solid hard block of pressed meat, I requested no veggies except the mashed potatoes and there were veggies on the plate. It was all covered in a gravy that had been under a heat lamp long enough to harden it. The potatoes were edible but nothing else was. The server took my meal off the bill as I couldn't eat it.
Everything was great, parking, room, food and service.
Great customer service and the rooms were clean and updated.
This is my 3rd visit to CVI and each one has been a pleasant experience!
I enjoyed the room, except the fridge made noise. Only bothered me during the night. More comfortable seating Woolf be nice.
Love the drive up 88, it was beautiful. Always enjoy our stay. Wish we had a little better luck, but we will definitely be back soon.

We were welcomed, informed and there were no glitches upon check in. Clean comfy rooms. The rooms are quiet, and bath is clean, vented, nice shower and a clean glass shower door. Too exhausted to enjoy any other aspects of the property, this really is a room and check in review. We would stay here again.
