We are in the middle of a home renovation project and y’all were conveniently located and quiet and peaceful and clean and helpful ❣️.

I made the mistake of thinking I was making a reservation with the hotel. I wish that was not the case. Cost me a lot more.
Were not expecting a 50 year old hotel, room condition showed, bed was ok. I’m 80 this year, my spouse is 76 and suffers from a hip issue that cannot be repaired, resulting in difficulty walking. The staff was told this. The put us in room 331, the furthest room from the front desk. I had to use the luggage cart to and from the room. Pushing the cart across carpet and maneuvering elevators was difficult and unnecessary when they could have easily put us closer and lower. We’ll not be back and make certain our contacts know of the worst hospitality in Abilene.
My 18 month old daughter found a vape pen under the cabinet on the floor. Housekeeping missed that along with the room not being detailed cleaned. The beds are hard and you’ll wake to a hurting back. Everything in the room is outdated. They do have a good breakfast which is the only reason I gave an average rating. Look for a more updated hotel when in Abilene, I sure will next time I’m in town.
