The bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was hair all over the floor and the toilet was wet at dirty.
Stains on couch in room, musty smell in room, loud duct sound continuously in room, no one at front desk ever answers phone regardless of calling from in room or outside, says free breakfast but truly the worst breakfast offerings I have ever seen and food is not edible. Elevator takes entirely too long. Rooms are not cleaned each day which is fine but no fresh towels or anything offered. TV couldn't even get all channels or Menu saing loss of signal. I expect better from Hyatt.
I had a generally positive experience at the hotel, with the staff providing a warm greeting and excellent service, which made me feel welcomed. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. It was good very clean and organized.
