Good place to stay and the people were awesome.
My wife reserved our hotel accidentally through a 3rd party and even got insurance because we weren’t sure of attending. one week before date, we informed them that we couldn’t go. I called Hyatt and they said IF we had reserved through the actual hotel, the refund/accommodation could be done with no problems. But since a 3rd party from overseas is involved, refund is in a “ticket.” We will probably have to appeal the charge through credit card company. Moral: live and learn and always reserve directly through actual hotel.
Need to provide thicker and bigger bath towels. Would expect that with a quality hotel.

Wasn’t the room I was expecting, I was expecting the one with the island, stove and a king bed. I’m pretty sure I specified that on the phone. I’m not one to complain, but I was a little upset. On a positive note, the water pressure was outstanding in the shower. Everybody was nice as well, especially the breakfast staff.
Room was clean very comfortable.
Hotel was clean and staff was amazing, will stay again. Rayshaun was helpful and kind.
