Stuck in elevator for 45 minutes. No buttons work. No way to call out. No sense of urgency at all.
We found all the staff helpful and friendly. They made our stay most enjoyable.
A/C thermostat doesn’t function. Battery malfunction. Upon arriving at restaurant on the morning of 2/25/25 I waited for 10 minutes for someone to greet me and seat me. I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast!

Check in was slow and ridiculous No hot water Coffee/gift shop hours need to be extended No perks for staying at this hotel.
This is a very efficient hotel in a great location. I love this hotel!
