We stayed for two nights in the Chicago Michigan Street Omni. The staff was so nice. From the front desk, to restaurant staff, to bellmen and valets, all were so kind and helpful to our family including our four and two years old. Ham, the bellman, was especially welcoming and kind to us all. We will return!

Overall a very good stay. The bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
The Omni Chicago Hotel is one of the best oasis from home. Thank you Joanna for making my family and I feel right at home. We will be back again.
Had a great time in Chicago at the Omni again. Everyone was very friendly and professional, especially the lovely doorman with the glasses and the cute mustaches! He was a super nice and helpful guy! Gave us accurate directions and was just an overall pleasant man. I checked in after arriving from the airport with no luggage, the left it at my home airport. They couldn’t find my reservation and I was about to lose my mind. The person who took the reservation over the phone only used my first name and not my last name. It all worked out okay though. The rooms are a great size and the bed was comfortable, but I feel everything is in need of an update for the prices charged. Definitely love the central location on the Mile though. Wish the bar opened earlier and stayed open later. Thanks for another great trip to Chicago. Chamber maids were also excellent!
