What a beautiful hotel and gorgeously decorated for Christmas at the time we visited. I had admired it for many years every time I was on the Riverwalk. The website says it has a hot tub. We were told that, although there is a beautiful pool and courtyard, there is no hot tub on the property. Luckily, we chatted with a staff member who told us that the hot tub is across the Riverwalk at the sister property Mokara Hotel and Spa. Just walk across the Selena bridge and use your Omni la Mansion key card to enter near the restaurant and go up to the 8th floor for the rooftop pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed walking to the Majestic Theater which is only a block away. This is a great hotel for accessing the Riverwalk.
The parking valet service was appreciated after a hectic drive down I 35 and through San Antonio. Check went smoothly. Entire staff was friendly. We enjoyed breakfast at Four Brothers.
Everything was perfect. The spa was excellent. I would recommend it!

After traveling across country from Myrtle Beach to Montana, connecting at La Mansion with family was fantastic. Hotel accommodated our needs from cribs to cruises on the river.

We love to stay at the mansion; the hotel is very centralized and the customer service is wonderful, always attentive to our needs. We stay here every time we have to go to San Antonio.
Great location and great service. The hotel is located right on the river walk in San Antonio which makes it so much easier to visit and I really enjoy the valet parking service so I do not have to find parking myself.
There were coffee cup rings on the vanity and pink greasy makeup. Also there were long black hairs in the tub along with what looked like someone had shaved their legs recently. For the price the room was not clean!
We had a wonderful weekend stay ! The hotel is wonderful in everyway. Small enough to still feel cozy and intimate like you’re on someone’s estate for the weekend. The restaurant was amazing and the staff as well. We will be back!
