We love this hotel! I first stayed here in the 1950’s with my grandmother and it’s still my favorite location in DC! Especially at holiday time, the atmosphere is elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful and we love the restaurant, Robert’s.

Our coffee shop Morsels features grab and go options including hot breakfast sandwiches, a full pastry case, yogurts, fresh sliced fruit, cereals, and granola bars.

During a very difficult time for travel, the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The rooms are well laid out to make them feel spacious and have been upgraded since my last visit there The front desk personnel were extremely helpful, especially Lelise. When I had to return for another night due to a flight cancellation, there was a note in the computer. All around, my stays were excellent.
We have stayed here every time we come to DC and it is always wonderful. Every single time.
My experience was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and David helped me plan my activities. When I visit Washington DC again, I will be staying at the Omni hotel.
It is a great place to stay and even for my father’s end of life. The staff was kind and helpful at a time of sorrow for me. Thank you!
Enjoyed my one day stay. It's the first tome I've stayed in an older, "vintage" hotel and it was enjoyable. Food was good and excellent!
Friendly staff, whimsical dining area with gorgeous chandeliers and great pool service.
Room was nice but had that impossible to really clean old hotel feel. Old fixtures. Very nice outdoor pool, lovely gardens, friendly staff and good food at Roberts.
We have stayed here before. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Our grandson wanted breakfast at the hotel every morning!
Great place to Stay.
Busy check in but the valet line was a little on the longer side. The front seat attendant and room service were nice. But the valet seemed to ignore us then ran out to grab the car while letting the door slam in front of our faces.

I had to move rooms after the first night because the toilet was broken and the heat was VERY noisy. After that much nicer, but the bed is too high for someone one height(5’2”). Certainly not within ADA compliance.
Excellent hotel that is deserving of the highest consumer rating from an appreciative recent guest.
The room was comfortable and clean.
All three of us remarked how nice a job the hotel did at making it welcoming and festive. Thank you.
