While visiting my family in Deland, we got everything we requested. My husband is a 100% Disabled Navy Veteran. Our room was right off the lobby, close to all amenities. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautiful and the employees were friendly and professionalism. When we left, traveling to Virginia, I realized I left my laptop and case in the room. In a panic, I called the front desk and spoke with a very kind man who told me my laptop had been turned in by housekeeping and referred me to the Manager Stephanie. It wasn't long before Stephanie returned my call. She allowed my son to pick up my belongings. I am incredibly appreciative for the wonderful service we received. I will definitely book there on my next trip!
