Adequate for our needs but lacking tub had no stopper to fill and a take a bath. coffee maker didn't work properly. The floor was filthy (my grandson's feet were black from walking around with bare feet. Breakfast was incomplete, no eggs or meats (bacon or sausage) hot tub wasn't working properly.
