The cool thing about Graduate Tucson is its proximity to the University of Arizona and the Arizona Historical Society.

Close to everything we wanted to do with a free tram one block away. Pool was nice.
This is my 3rd time staying at the Graduate Hotel in Tucson but not the charm, as ALL of my stays have been memorable. Super friendly staff, beautifully designed rooms and lobby and a rooftop restaurant/bar that is a delight in and of itself. Stay there! You won't regret it (and it's reasonably priced to boot!).
Hotel staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Hotel was clean and vibrant, our stay was amazing. We did the Hilton Rewards and could not believe how nice everything was thought out.
Stop by the hotel's coffee shop, Poindexter Coffee, for breakfast or lunch Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:00am -11:00am for a fee

My daughter was on a recruiting visit for U of A and this hotel was just perfect for us. Easy access to enjoy the college community and escape for excellent food and drinks on the rooftop. Enjoyed the pool a lot! Customer service was outstanding at the desk! We will be back!
