Front desk check in smooth, very customer service oriented! Room clean, comfortable, plenty of towels, ice machine handy.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Dave in housekeeping was exceptional. I witnessed him helping customers as well as his co-workers. The floors look amazing. He always said hello to us and on our way to check out he asked my mom if he could say a prayer for her. She is disabled and in a wheelchair. My mom was so touched by this gesture. You don't find many people who show they care about others as Dave did. Wonderful stay.

Nice Staff
Everything went well from arriving to leaving. Room was clean, the breakfast was good.
I was very impressed with Stasha at the front desk. She has excellent people skills. She was polite and knowledgeable with the hotel accommodations and answered my questions.

This hotel is great; it was clean and the staff was the best! My two friends and I are local but decided to stay for the two nights of our class reunion. On Friday night we went swimming, talked until 4am and went downstairs for breakfast! We had so much fun. I would happily recommend the Holiday Inn and Suites in Moundsville to anyone. Thank you for an excellent time.
