From the very start, my experience with Tru Hilton was awesome. Check in was a breeze and the Front Desk Clerk was pleasant. Each time I had to visit the front desk, the clerks were pleasant. Everyone working here was really friendly. Check out was a breeze. Awesome hotel and staff.
The property was very comfortable the staff very courteous and polite. Each one that I came into contact greeted me and was polite. The room was very comfortable and the amenities complete. I would stay there again and recommend that family and friends stay there as well. I traveled for business and although I only stayed overnight the property was very clean and and very modern. I have stayed at the Tru Hilton in other states and am impressed with their properties.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The main issue is when I went in the bathroom, I was brushing my teeth and the hole at the upper part of the sink was dirty. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling and I hope the cleaners clean the little hole in the upper part of the sink. Also, not having a microwave in the room was a surprise. I had to go to the foyer to use it.
This was a good place to stay when visiting Maryland. The hotel is immaculate, well organized and the staff is quite helpful. You can walk to the harbor and enjoy great food in the immediate area.
I enjoyed my stay, a very lovely hotel.
The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
