The Ramada by Wyndham State College Hotel & Conference Center offers a range of amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa tub, gym, and an arcade/game room.
Every morning of my four day stay the water was ice cold. I told the front desk and later in the day when I called to see if it was fixed they told me maintenance said just to run it and it would get hot. I ran it for 20 minutes and it was still ice cold. Also, no housekeeping for four days! I had to get my own towels. Also, indoor pool closed. Why don’t they tell you before you arrive?.
PLACES IN THE ROOM WERE DIRTY.
My room appeared clean but was not — grit on the floor, red / purple stains on the back of the bathroom door; chipped paint on all doors and trim; leaking faucets; shower stall faucets which appears to be coming off the wall / separating front the joined area; dents/holes in the wall… the grounds themselves were not good — litter all over, landscaping not maintained, weeds everywhere… this was not worth the cost and am frankly upset at the price per night I paid given the state of the room and property ($216 a night?!?) — I’ve been ripped off. I would have better off sleeping in my car in a parking lot. I want a refund! ( and yes, I have photos).
