Sunnyside Inn & Suites
The hotel offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, pool, complimentary breakfast, and 24/7 front desk for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
"I booked this hotel because I had surgery scheduled at the Kaiser next door for a broken leg. I specifically requested a first floor room, but I wasn't informed that the 'first floor' was actually several steps down from the main level. Upon arrival, the front desk directed me to a room in a separate building, also on the 'first floor'. This building lacked any ramp access. So, using my walker, I painfully descended multiple stairs, only to discover it was the wrong building. I then had to struggle back up those stairs with my broken leg. The only ramp available was located at the far end of the parking lot. It was raining and the parking lot had a slight incline, making it extremely difficult to navigate with my limited mobility. The room itself was adequate, but the constant freeway traffic noise made it hard to relax. To make matters worse, I had upstairs neighbors who seemed to be practicing tap dancing or clogging late into the night. I didn't get a single minute of sleep. This experience was incredibly stressful and physically demanding, especially given my condition. I strongly advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid this hotel. The lack of accessible pathways and the misleading 'first floor' designation made a difficult situation significantly worse. I will certainly never stay here again.".
Transferred to three different rooms heater broken in two of them and TV didn't work would like my money back.
I give 4/5 hospitality was excellent.

Expedia Group verifies all reviews to ensure that the customer has indeed booked on our site. To encourage customers to submit their reviews, we send an email containing a link to evaluate the hotel to which we sometimes attach a reduction or Expedia Rewards voucher to use on a future trip. We post all reviews whether they are positive or negative, to the extent that they respect our content directives. This monitoring is automated. Any rejection is manually checked and, if maintained, notified to the reviewer by email with reasons. We do not otherwise process changes, nor reviewer contact. We de-list reviews after 4 years, other than for properties having a non-significant number of reviews.
