This property is a gem. A true treasure of MKE history. Lovingly curated at every turn. The staff were exceptional. We encountered hospitality with every aspect of. The sheets were perfect.The towels BIG and luxurious. We love to sleep cool with covers. Keep up what you are doing. It was a special stay for us. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite properties in the world to spend a weekend. They greet you with champaign and the staff is always attentive. The fireplace in the lobby is always cozy and the workout facility well stocked and almost always available.

I live in Milwaukee; I just wanted a change of location. I will probably be back for the experience again..

Love that the majesty of the hotel has been preserved. Lobby is welcoming, including the staff including Ellie in the lounge area.

Great place to stay. Beds comfy. President Suite in Tower has great amenities.

We really appreciated the bike friendliness of the hotel, large elevators to get bike cases in. Customer service was wonderful from check in to check out.Lovely Hotel

It's a nice hotel and worked out good for me.

This was our first time visiting Milwaukee (we flew in from Florida) and we’re very impressed! This is a gorgeous hotel with a lot of history. You feel like you have stepped back in time with all the glamour but you also have all the necessities. We were greeted with new glasses of champagne and a friendly welcome at the reception desk. Our bellman, Brian, was superb and we enjoyed interacting with him throughout our stay. He was super friendly and personable. Our room was great and housekeeping was there every single day to clean our room. We enjoyed eating at the Cafe for breakfast and lunch and ate at the steakhouse our last night here, which was superb! Best steaks we have ever had and the manager there is excellent! She is so customer service oriented and so very friendly. Everyone we interacted with here was super friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful experience and place to be!

This place is amazing, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, amazing views.

Outstanding!

Every aspect of our hotel stay was excellent. The only problem was the noise. The room next door (the one that had an adjoining door option with our room) had guests who were talking very loudly and woke us at 12 am for several hours. It sounded like women; very thoughtless and rude. If we had known their noise would go on so long, we would have called the front desk. We did not wish to confront them personally. Our room was 1913 on 2/27/25 2/28/25. Just an FYI. Perhaps some sort of signage in each room asking for courteous quiet after 10 pm would help?
