My first impression was amazing. The resort is GORGEOUS and the staff that assisted me when I checked in was top notch. But things went downhill from there. I wanted to take a hot bath to relax after my trip in their huge garden tub, but only got the tub about 1/3 full before the hot water ran out. The hot water. ran out. in a hotel. When I tried to call the concierge to inquire about this, the phone did not work. I contacted the hotel by cell phone to inform them about both issues and was told someone would come up the next day to fix the phone (they never did). The door to the balcony must have been broken because no matter what I tried, it would not open. Didn't bother to call the concierge about this because what would have been the point? The fan in the bathroom must have had a leak because you could hear a constant dripping coming from there. Then, my stepmother, who was also a guest there, tried three TIMES and I tried once, to get in touch with Delphino's to make reservations. We left messages each time. I never heard back from anyone and she only received a return call after her third message. On the upside, the room was absolutely stunning and I got one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time on their incredibly comfortable bed. We had lunch at the pool bar and the items we both selected were quite tasty. The property itself offers a beautiful view of the ocean. Overall, I'd say I had a decent stay, but I honestly expected a little more from such an upscale resort.
Hotel two bedroom suite is perfect for two couples. Golf courses are in great condition and and the restaurants are excellent.
