One Ocean Resort and Spa
One cool feature of One Ocean Resort & Spa is its location in Beaches Town Center, which offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent restaurants, unique shops, and exciting nightlife just a stroll away.
They are over priced, they messed up my reservation, they are inefficient and not helpful.
The staff was excellent and very accommodating. While this hotel has gotten older, what sets it apart is its staff--from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant servers. They created a wonderful family event for us.
It’s been a enjoyable stay. Morning breakfast with Glenn and Tori was a perfect way to start our day. When at the beach Fernando was always there to help. Clean and welcoming.
Lorraine made our special few days outstanding.. concerned with our needs, personally warm and caring and professionally exhibiting 10+ customer ( guest ) Care. Will be back soon.

We have always loved One Ocean. Period! The spa area and restaurant are still pristine and enjoyable to visit. The hotel rooms are, however, ready for some upgrades. There needs to be queen choices not just double or king.The coffee area needs to include teas as well. I realize that the amenities of snacks and drinks have disappeared with the pandemic, but that is missed sorely. The check in process was extremely pleasant. Ms. Chauncey was so very kind and helpful. We had a small need later and came to her again. As I should have known, she had exactly what I wanted and interrupted her routine to take care of me. What a fabulous employee!
