The Brown Hotel
The Brown Hotel is centrally located in Louisville, just a 2-minute drive from the KFC Yum Center and 8 minutes from the Kentucky Exposition Center.
Again, another wonderful visit to one of my favorite hotels. Brown's staff was very accomodating, friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The food was so good, the atmosphere was delightful, the room was beautifully decorated and fully serviced.
Stay in quite a few nice hotels. The Brown, from the doormen to the check in desk to the ladies cleaning the room to the restaurants is one consistently flawless experience. I don't think I have ever encountered such a diverse group of job roles that are all on the same A+ hospitality page respect, courtesy, helpfulness and over all just really nice. I have a friend that stays here every time he is in Louisville and told me about it and said it is a great hotel, so I tried it. He was right. My wife and I fly out tomorrow and I was told the Brown has a shuttle to the airport. I have no doubt they will be true to their word.

Actually staying three days due to inclement weather in Chicago. Our room is very spacious and comfortable, customer service first rate and dining experience and service top notch. Highly recommend.

A wonderful historical hotel. We attended a wedding weekend. We loved the room, food, services and gift shop.There were no weak links. Our only regret is we did not see a ghost!

I loved our stay here. The bed was SO comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast in the restaurant was perfect. I couldn’t spend time in the bar, but plan to next time!
The staff was always accommodating, the food and drinks superb and the surroundings beautiful.
We were welcomed at curb by parking crew then checked in by friendly staff. Reminded when time for our dinner reservation on my phone. Great meal, very tasty. Enjoyed waitress and helpful seating staff. Thankful for the special extra touches they gave us! We recommend everyone to come enjoy special time at The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Ky. The hotel and workers were very nice.
Beautiful old dependable companion when there is a need to have a place to rest your head. Called The Brown and found a friendly sound "yes we have a room"! Did not have to worry if it was acceptable, clean, first rate or not. Made the reservation and came to "My Ole Kentucky Home" in Louisville. Love The Brown and the staff.
