We stopped in St Louis on an overnight as part of a driving trip across the country. Great service and accommodations! Excellent restaurants, pool and gym. We will be back for a longer visit next time. Thank you.
Staff was nice. Concierge was terrific. Fitness center has a load of equipment. Tenderloin Room was very good and so was the service. Parking attendants were quick and took good care of our rental. More amenities than most hotels with the cinema and barbershop and Forest Park.
We would definitely return to this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and amenities were lovely. Everyone was helpful and friendly. A wonderful hotel with great staff.
I had a beautiful little suite, but there were some issues. The toilet was the lowest I've seen in years and tucked behind a wall close to my knees, making it difficult to get off it. The tub was quite dated. I organized a late checkout the night before (because I arrived very late), but they called me three times the next morning making the sleep in I wanted impossible.
Staff are very friendly. Forrest was very welcome, staff would pet him and give him treats. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Plus, all the food was excellent.
We stay here often. It is an older property but totally charming. Great walkable neighborhood with shopping opportunities. Great location. Caring staff. Great restaurants.
